Friday is the new saturday, except with more work

I’m sitting outside reading deeply into the hows and whys of sustainable transportation, trusty jasmine tea at my side. The cool morning is slowly shaking off its coat of dew and warming into a promising afternoon.

The squirrels are very ambitious today, scampering across the grass clutching seed pods in their mouths and digging through the rain gutters for prizes. Keep cleanin’ up there, buddy; I’ve not gotten around to it this year. Actually, you there in the long grass: watch out for predators. It’s been so long since I cut the lawn that I’m worried about tigers taking up residence.
