Say Yes! to Michigan!
we accomplished all our goals for the backpacking trip this weekend (Wakely Lake, about 15 miles east of Grayling in Huron National Forest):
1. Aaron caught a bass (all three inches of it).
2. Steve made fresh-baked bread over the campfire, and climbed a tree.
3. Walter heard the loons calling and found a geocache.
4. Nathan got his coffee every morning.
5. I saw shooting stars.
we also saw the sky lit up Saturday night by explosions from night exercises at the nearby military base. crazy.
