drive on

on the way to a friend's house, I pass a truck rental place for BIG trucks (semis, etc.). parked outside the rental place is the amazing monstrosity pictured below. I can only imagine the pride felt by the driver of this behemoth, and I'm curious how much it is to rent. I can see where it would be all the rage for the high school kids to take to prom. Or, as my friend suggested, "Maybe that's what the truck driver's wife drives around in."

I love how the wheel wells in the back are ridiculously undersized for the tires. For that matter, what could you possible put in the pickup bed that would necessitate an 8-liter diesel engine to pull it?
