the darkest depths of mordor

I was going to write this clever post built around snippets from Led Zeppelin's "Ramble On", what with its constant references to going and traveling 'round the world (and Lord of the Rings), but then: I'm not all that clever sometimes.

that said, we're outta here. A brief stopover in L.A. to have dinner with my friends James and Candice, and then we're off. With the bloody cold winter we've had so far, we may forget to come back.
